Each barrel is hand selected to add extra complexity to this quintessential single malt. Fortunately for said horses, it was stored in smaller quarter casks that carry flavour into your dram today. Hints of coconut, banana and vanilla complement our instantly recognisable heavy peat flavour, followed by a long, sweet and smoky finish. This quarter cask whisky is barrier filtered to retain all the character developed in the small but mighty barrels.
