Black fruit and dark plum aromas seamlessly blend with subtle spicy notes in this smooth and silky Hawke's Bay Merlot. On the palate flavours of blackberry, cassis and hints of cocoa are balanced with fine tannins leading to a dry and richly textured finish.

Trinity Hill Gimblett Gravels wines are crafted from vineyards within this small, sub-region of Hawke's Bay. Deposited by a wandering river, these unique, stony soils create exceptional wines of character and personality. Gimblett Gravels Syrah is a rich and concentrated red, offering perfumed aromas of ripe black fruits, savoury spice, liquorice, and Provençal herbs. The palate is silky and succulent, layered with depth and complexity, leading to a lingering, spicy finish. Enjoyable now but will also develop beautifully with age, making it a perfect companion to red meat or game dishes.

Trinity Hill Gimblett Gravels wines are crafted from vineyards within this small, sub-region of Hawke's Bay. The Homage is a beautifully aromatic wine with interwoven berry purity oak sophistication. A floral, scented nose initially dominates with brambly, blackberry & licorice aromatics sitting in the background. Intense and concentrated in the mouth with fine-grained tannins providing a powerful, yet silky texture. Balanced acidity & supportive oak ensure the wine remains vibrant, focused, & supple on a palate distinguished by exceptional length of flavour & a lingering spicy finish.

The flagship wine of Two Paddocks, this organically grown Pinot Noir is a barrel selection crafted from the estate's four Central Otago vineyards, each contributing its own distinctive character. Fragrant red fruits, dried herbs and warming spice lead into an elegant, finely textured palate with remarkable poise and persistence. A beautifully balanced expression of Central Otago Pinot Noir, it is rewarding in its youth and promises even greater complexity with careful cellaring.

This blend of predominantly Merlot with Cabernet Sauvignon has fragrant aromas and flavours of cassis, red fruits and dried herbs. A rich mouthfeel is balanced with supple tannins leading to a deliciously smooth finish.
