Main Divide Riesling 750ml

A portion of nobly botrytic fruit has produced a distinctive style of wine. It has a core of citrus fruit characters, particularly lemons and limes, but there is also an undercurrent of white fleshed peaches and nectarines. The botrytis has added hints of honeysuckle and also given the wine extra concentration and richness. A seam of natural acidity and minerality flows through the wine and gives it an off-dry finish length and zest.

Mischief Riesling 750ml

The Riesling has a lifted nose of lime juice, honey and lemon tea. A touch of sweetness on the palate is balanced by some tangy acid and funky complexity, giving way to an exciting finish, that jumps around in your mouth for longer than you would think possible.

Te Whare Ra Single Vineyard 5182 Riesling 'M' 750ml

TWR's passion for making and drinking Riesling is based partly on the wide variety of styles that this variety can produce. This Riesling 'M' is designed from the 'vineyard-in' in a medium-dry style and is dangerously drinkable. Lifted aromas of mandarin, pink grapefruit, and white peach follow onto vibrant, ripe flavours of the same with juicy lime with underlying slatey mineral notes. This wine is fine and soft with excellent fruit weight and concentration to counterbalance the mouth-watering acidity.

Wither Hills Riesling 750ml

Established in 1994 and named after the Southern landmark range of the Wither Hills that border the vineyards, Wither Hills has always been dedicated to the philosophy that exceptional wines are created in the vineyard. Now one of New Zealand's most popular brands - Wairau Valley, at it's best. Wither Hills Riesling is dry in style and bursting with flavours of freshly squeezed lemons, citrus and flint with undertones of honey. Riesling is a variety I love because it truly allows for winemaker expression. I'm a keen diver and the fresh citrus flavours in our Wairau Valley Riesling are a stunning match with our local seafood. Matt Large - Wither Hills Winemaker
