The Gimblett is a sophisticated red wine blending the aromatic beauty of Cabernet Franc with the rustic character of Tempranillo. It offers complex aromas of brambly blackcurrants, plums, and coffee, layered with hints of dried herbs, chocolate, and sweet spices. The palate is generous and textural, framed by fine-grained tannins and vibrant acidity, delivering a succulent, supple experience with long-term ageing potential of 10-20 years. Best enjoyed decanted, it pairs beautifully with rich dishes like Beef Bourguignon.

The Homage is a beautifully aromatic wine with interwoven berry purity oak sophistication. A floral, scented nose initially dominates with brambly, blackberry & licorice aromatics sitting in the background. Intense and concentrated in the mouth with fine-grained tannins providing a powerful, yet silky texture. Balanced acidity & supportive oak ensure the wine remains vibrant, focused, & supple on a palate distinguished by exceptional length of flavour & a lingering spicy finish.

Bramble, spice and wild herb aromatics sit gently on the nose, then lead to an elegant finely driven mouthfeel, showing poise, freshness and a lingering persistent finish.

Smooth, soft and spicy, with aromatics of dark fruits and vanillin oak, the rich Shiraz flavours supported by firm tannins that deliver plenty of length and complexity.

This blend of predominantly Merlot with Cabernet Sauvignon has fragrant aromas and flavours of cassis, red fruits and dried herbs. A rich mouthfeel is balanced with supple tannins leading to a deliciously smooth finish.

Rich and ripe flavours of blackberry and dark cherry, flowing through restrained hints of French oak. The finish is long, with soft tannins and undertones of spice.

The palate is luscious with a along velvety finish. The palate progresses from berries/cassis through cigar box and to chocolate, with a hgh 'drink me' factor.
