Pepper & spice - because the light oak touch has imparted the delicious bright berry fruit flavours with subtle notes of peppercorn, nutmeg and clove.

The wine is black/purple in colour, the nose displays subtle vanilla/cedar oak, mulberry, chocolate, spice and Satsuma Plum. This powerful Shiraz shows distinctive regional characters of dark chocolate, black prunes, pepper, licorice and spicy cedary oak on the palate, with ripe loganberry fruit and oak perfectly integrated.

Intense red and purple hues. Fresh and voluptuous flavours of black cherry, blackberry, chocolate and spice. Deep spice engage with notes of ripe berries with hints of smoke and espresso, culminating in a soft velvety finish. St Hallett has been producing fine wines since it was established in 1944. All of the fruit used in every bottle of St Hallett wine is grown, made and matured in the Barossa with some of the fruit coming from some of the oldest vineyards in the world. Shiraz Grenache Touriga - This wine is a great example of bright fruit and varietal characteristics and shows lots of lush plum and cherry flavours up front.

A brooding mix of dark and blue fruits. Black cherries, plums and perfumed fruit mince. A good measure of spice, with earthy and chocolate undertones. balanced, even and supple. Morello cherries, earth and spice fill the mouth. The wine is bold and generous, without being heavy. Velvety tannins with a light cherry-chocolate finish.

The wine has a wonderful aroma displaying dark plum, redcurrant and red cherry fruits along with subtle chocolate and a touch of oak derived spice. The palate is plump & generous with ripe fruit characters of plum, cherry and redcurrant. Mocha coffee and subtle aniseed characters are also present along with vanillan oak to balance the fruit flavours. The wine is medium-bodied with a soft mid-palate & pleasing tannin structure. It is a well balanced wine with great texture, good length and enjoyable fruit flavours on the finish.

The luscious elegance of the Clare Valley fruit marries superbly with the slightly peppery fruit from McLaren Vale.
